In this second version of SOLEANDO JUNTXS, we explored an expansive space. We began our ceremony at La Casa del Sargento with a cleanse (water and burning herbs), a writing exercise, and a brief meditation, and then in silence, we walked slowly to El Morro carrying each a ball of yarn and all we would need.

We practiced embodying the process and the lessons of a slow and meditative weaving. To be, move, weave, breathe, to be alone together and together alone, in silence, in connection for about 3 hours, until the sun had set (Puesta de Sol).
